- Any unit for which a current calendar is not on file will default to the rental pool for all dates.
- Check-in time is 4PM weekdays and all summer dates, 5PM non-summer weekends and all holidays.
- Check-out time is 10:00AM to ensure the unit is cleaned and inspected for the next arrival.
- Late checkout may be available for a fee.
Housekeeping Rates: At times of owner use and/or owner guest use, owner is responsible for housekeeping fees based on room type.
