Located in the Jordan Bowl by the base of the Jordan 8, the Alpeniglu at Sunday River is a one-of-a-kind snow igloo and ice lounge experience. This distinctive structure, made entirely of snow, was built with fun for all ages in mind.

WATER TESTING
Jordan Water Test Results
The Safe Drinking Water Act requires us to provide notification on individual lead results from lead samples we collected. Attached are the results of our tests at the Jordan Hotel and additional information about lead in drinking water. The January 2024 test results found that the water at the Jordan Hotel was below the MAXIMUM CONTAMINANT LEVEL GOAL (MCLG) & ACTION LEVEL as defined by the State of Maine.

Open Position on the Board of Directors
If you are interested in being considered for the Board of Directors, please submit a brief resume to Owner Services via email at ownerservices@sundayriver.com with a copy to the Board’s secretary, Patti Ryan, pryan06@snet.net. Resumes need to be received by Saturday, April 6th, in order to be considered.
TAX TIME
Helpful notes when reviewing your 1099;
- Owners who apply rental income or have switched over to direct deposit during the last year may have received two 1099’s for each of your owned units. The total amount of income reported to the IRS is the combined total of the 1099’s that you received.
- The account number listed on your 1099 is for our accounting purposes only. If you need to know which 1099 corresponds to which unit you own, please reach out to ownerservices@sundayriver.com with the amount listed on your 1099.
- When verifying your earned income with your rental income statements vs. the 1099 that you received, please remember that your 2023 income includes checks paid to you between the months of January 2023 and December 2023.
