The purpose of this meeting according to the bylaws of the Jordan Grand Condominium Owners Association is to elect new members to the executive board and to provide a year-end Treasurer’s Report for the past fiscal year.
There are two (2) openings on the executive board. Attached is the letter of interest for the candidates running for the open positions.

(1) Submit your Specific Proxy/Ballot to the Association electronically via Election Buddy by clicking on the link provided by Owner Services via email (one link/vote per deeded unit) and following the instructions to submit your vote on or before 9:00AM, October 5th, 2024 (Voting Deadline); or
(2) Submit your Specific Proxy/Ballot to the Association by mailing them to the Jordan Grand Condominium Owners Association, P.O. Box 4500, Newry, Maine 04261, which must arrive on or before 9:00AM, October 5th, 2024 (Voting Deadline); or
(3) Submit your vote electronically via Election Buddy during the Annual Meeting scheduled for 9:00AM, October 5th, 2024.
