Jordan Annual Property Tax

Good afternoon, Valued Jordan Owners!

We hope you are enjoying your summer.

This is a friendly reminder that your Annual Property Tax Bill was mailed on Tuesday, September 3^rd. The first half of your bill is due by September 30^th, or you may choose to pay the bill in its entirety now.

To pay your tax bill, there are a few options;

1. You can mail a check made out to the Jordan Condo Association with the memo ‘Property Tax‘. This payment can be mailed to PO Box 4500 Newry, ME 04261.
2. You can call Owner Services to make a credit card payment over the phone, (207)824-5307.
3. If you apply rental income and you have a credit balance, you can transfer your credit to pay your property tax. If you wish to move your credit balance, please email or call Owner Services, 207-824-5307 or ownerservices@sundayriver.com.
