The 20/21 winter season is well underway. With 8 peaks of skiing and ski-in, ski-out at both hotels there is much fun to be had on the slopes! We hope to see you at your winter happy place soon.

Meet the Owner Services Team!
In addition to Meredith Harrop joining the lodging team as Vice President of Lodging and Jordan Hotel General Manager, we have some team updates to share for Owner Services:
Katie Keough
Owner Services Manager
The Sunday River lodging team is pleased to introduce Katie Keough as our new Owner Services Manager. Katie grew up in Cumberland, Maine, graduated from Gould Academy and the University of Maine at Farmington. Katie, a passionate skier and snowboarder, was a member of the US Snowboard Race team for five years. Katie is a veteran Sunday River team member, spending a combined 10 years in the SnowSports School and Group Service departments. She has also worked with Steamboat Resort and, most recently, Club Med as their Leisure Services Manager at their locations in Florida, Turks and Caicos, and one of their ski resorts in China. Katie’s attention to detail, passion for Sunday River and the outdoors and guest service experience will be a valuable asset to our ownership. We look forward to introducing you to Katie in the near future!

Owner Services Representative
Joelle Silver, a familiar name and voice to many of you, will continue to be an instrumental part of our Owner Services team. Joelle has been with the Sunday River lodging team since 2008 and knows the hotels inside and out. In addition to serving our owners, Joelle is the Rooms Division Manager at the Jordan Hotel, leading the front of the house team at the hotel. Joelle’s work exemplifies the saying “service with a smile” and her attention to detail is impeccable. We look forward to you putting a face to the voice and email address this winter!

Your owner services team will continue to place updates on your owner sites. Please make sure you are registered at jordanowners.net. Your owner site is where you will find the FAQ for this winter, Space Available request link and availability, and yearly calendars, and more. If you have questions or need help registering, contact us.
Be sure to check out the new maintenance request form! We have created a space on the owner sites for you to place non-emergency, maintenance requests you may have for your units.

What’s Cooking
Coffee Hound at Northern Lights Café in the Jordan Hotel is now open. You can find our fantastic baristas serving up Coffee Hound gourmet coffee drinks and a variety of pastries. We highly recommend the Moose Tracks Coffee!
Also open for the season is the Last Run Room at the Grand Summit Hotel. Enjoy creations from Harding Lee Smith, the chef behind The Mountain Room and The Rooms in Portland, Maine. Be sure to stop in, grab an outdoor seat in an igloo, and enjoy the best that après ski has to offer.
New this season we have created “Local’s Nights” at various restaurants throughout the resort! Local’s Night features food and drink specials that are sure to please the entire family.
Mondays at Camp – Enjoy beer and burger specials at Camp every Monday this winter.
Tuesdays at the Foggy Goggle – Nosh on Foggy’s finest Mexican eats on Tuesday nights this winter.
Wednesdays at Sliders – Sliders is serving up appetizer and pasta specials every Wednesday this winter.

Shop ’till You Drop
Check out Sunday River’s newest retail location! Aster and Birch, located right next to ski check on the second floor of the Jordan Hotel, features high-end men’s and women’s apparel and goods including Maine made products.
The Kuhl Partner Store at the Grand Summit Hotel is also open for the winter season! For fashion and function, this store carries a wide selection of Kuhl apparel, plus a selection of logo wear, gifts, and accessories.
Guaranteed Tickets
In an effort to manage resort capacity and protect the safety of our guests, we are selling a limited number of tickets each day. We recommend buying lift tickets in advance for the best rates. However, all resort lodging guests can buy tickets upon arrival with guaranteed availability even when tickets are sold out at the resort. One- to three-day tickets can be purchased at regular rates at lodging property front desks.
Presidents Week Fun!
Be sure to check out our fire dancer performances and spectacular fireworks shows on Wednesday, February 17 and Saturday, February 20 during Presidents Week.
Fire dancing performances have become a staple in heating up our cold winter season, and Amelia’s energetic fire dancing routines blend a high-intensity mixture of various flaming apparatuses set to music. Come thaw out by the South Ridge fire pit and enjoy the free shows at 6:15 and 6:45PM. Finish the evening with our fireworks show right after the final performance, starting at 7PM.
Not in town for Presidents Week? Be sure to join us every Saturday at 7PM throughout the winter to celebrate the weekend with our weekly fireworks displays, and check out our other events.
