Sunday River Owner Services Dear Valued Owner,
Thank you for your continued loyalty to Sunday River and the Jordan Hotel.
We wanted to share a few updates with you as our winter season begins. We will once again be offering daily housekeeping services to owners during their stays at the hotels starting December 24. We realize you still may have concerns about housekeepers entering your rooms, so we will be asking if you would like this service at check in and the “do not disturb” signs are back in the rooms.
Additionally, we are pleased to share with you that we will continue to offer owners the option to waive the second night of housekeeping for two-night stays. The owner will need to opt out of housekeeping services at check-in and the second night housekeeping fee will only be applied if you request housekeeping service or amenity delivery.
Finally, after our annual review of expenses associated with housekeeping services, we will be adjusting the housekeeping rates for owner stays and Space A on January 1, 2022.
