HOW TO ABSENTEE BID:
The remote portion of the auction will take place via Microsoft Teams at NOON on June 10, 2022.

The HOA’s lawyer has asked that unit owners complete and submit the simple registration form prior to the meeting. They can click HERE to register.
The auction will begin promptly at 12PM. They will not require pre-payment of the $500 earnest money deposit. If a remote bidder wins the auction, then the earnest money deposit must be received at the HOA lawyer, James Spaulding’s, office by check or wire no later than 5PM on Monday June 13. I will take back-up bids on all units. If the deposit is not received by that time, then the back up bid will win the auction for that unit.
