For the past three years our HOA Executive Board and Sunday River have been working together to lay the foundation for our property improvement plan by engaging an industry experienced professional  Renovation Project Team that will elevate the interior of the Jordan. The project will begin with Phase I, which will renovate over 20,000 square feet of the hotel and includes the lobbies, ground floor hallway, public restrooms, and the Crown Club.

Please view the Renovation Information Presentation and detailed voting information in the Annual Meetings section of the webpage. We also encourage you to attend one of our upcoming Jordan Renovation Virtual Information Sessions. The next information session will be this Wednesday, May 10 at 5pm.

The next important step in realizing the promise of an exciting and long-awaited renovation of the Jordan is to gain approval from the majority of all owners to fund Phase I of the project with a loan where payments are built into our budget similar to how other capital projects are funded.

It’s time for you to take action!  VOTE NOW!
