THE JORDAN RENOVATION: VOTE NOW UNTIL MAY 22

JORDAN RENOVATION VOTE UNTIL MAY 22

VOTE NOW!  Reminder, voting for Phase I of the Jordan Renovation is underway and open until May 22.  If you do not vote, you are voting against this project!

Please view the Renovation Information Presentation and detailed voting information in the Annual Meetings section of the webpage. We also encourage you to attend one of our upcoming Jordan Renovation Virtual Information Sessions. The next information session will be this Saturday, May 13 at 2pm.

Please note the budget for this year was already approved by the ownership, approval of this loan will not increase the dues.

It’s time for you to take action!  VOTE NOW!  Not participating in voting means a NO vote!

You may vote in the following ways:

 (1)      Submit your Specific Proxy/Ballot to the Association electronically via Election Buddy by clicking on the link provided by Owner Services via email (one link/vote per deeded unit) and following the instructions to submit your vote on or before May 22, 2023 (Voting Deadline); or

(2)       Submit your Specific Proxy/Ballot to the Association by mailing them to the Jordan Grand Condominium Owners Association, P.O. Box 4500, Newry, Maine 04261, which must arrive on or before May 22, 2023 (Voting Deadline); or

(3)       Submit your vote by attending and voting at the virtual special meeting scheduled for May 22, 2023 at 5 P.M. via Microsoft Teams.

Please contact Owner Services, ownerservices@sundayriver.com, if you need assistance voting, have not received the voting link or if you have additional questions and we will put you in touch with a board member. Thank you in advance for your participation and support towards enhancing the Jordan experience. It is an exciting time to be an owner at the Jordan!

Kind regards,

Bill Cobb
