Joelle Varnum Thank you to all who participated in the Jordan Ownership vote to fund Phase I of the renovation with a loan where payments are built into our budget similar to how other capital projects are funded.
We are pleased to report that the vote was approved by the majority of owners. 73% of owners voted, totaling 398 votes. 88% of the ownership or 346 votes voted in favor, 12% or 49 votes voted against and 3 voters abstained.
We look forward to sharing design updates, timeline, and additional information as we move forward with Phase I of the Jordan Renovation.
