Jordan Phase I Renovation Update – October 13

Owners and guests are drawn to the Jordan for its slower pace with spectacular views and fresh air. The experience owners and guests long for at the Jordan can only be achieved by meeting and exceeding expectations for arrival impression, comfort, design, amenities, guestroom décor, dining, and service.  Over the past two years, your HOA Executive Board and Sunday River have worked together to lay the foundation of a renovation project that will elevate the interior of the Jordan to match its breathtaking location from the minute our owners and guests walk through the door.

The future of the Jordan Hotel is now, demolition for Phase I of the renovation is underway! The front desk is the first section to be deconstructed, and has moved to its new, temporary, location. Please enter to the left of the main entry doors.

The main lobby, first and second floor lobbies, and the Slider’s hallway near Ski Check will begin the demolition process on October 16th. The Crown Club will not be accessible beginning on the 16th.

In an effort to accomplish as much work as possible before ski season, we will be relocating hotel guests to the Grand Summit during the initial construction period, beginning on the 16th. All food & beverage outlets will also be closed beginning on the 16th. As soon as Sunday River opens for skiing, we will reopen for hotel guests and food and beverage outlets will reopen.

Renovations are exciting, and we want you with us every step of the way. Check out the Renovation Section of the Owners Webpage frequently for all the latest updates about the project!
