“FELTED PEAKS” FIREPLACE ART CONCEPT
Felted Peaks is a captivating art installation designed to adorn a 3-story stone fireplace, evoking the Sunday River Mountain Range in an abstract form. This piece uses felted strings in various shades of wool and reclaimed wood to create a tactile representation of mountain peaks and cascading landscapes. The felted strings flow down from the top of the fireplace, mimicking the water flow from melting snow. While abstract in its interpretation. Visitors will engage with its tactile and textural qualities, transforming the fireplace into a striking focal point that captures the essence of the Sunday River landscape.
