TERMS OF SALE: A Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) non-refundable earnest money down
payment to be paid at the sale in cash or by certified check, the balance in cash or by certified check
due at the time of closing to be held within thirty (30) days thereafter.
HOW TO ABSENTEE BID: Jordan Hotel Owners are able to make a bid without being in attendance by emailing the attorney James Spaulding at jspaulding@bgt-law.com. The attorney will then email instructions and a purchase sale agreement. A $500 deposit on the contract will need to be overnighted and received at the attorney’s office by Friday February 25, 2022

Online Meeting Details to Attend Virtually
The public auction for quarter-share Units 102C, 162/164C and 366D located at the Jordan Grand Hotel will take begin promptly at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
Current owners wishing to bid at the auction must complete the registration form prior to commencement of the auction. Please note that if you are the winning bidder, in lieu of overnighting or wiring the earnest money deposit, the $500 non-refundable earnest money deposit will be assessed against your unit until closing, at which time the assessment will be removed.
