The Sliders Mug Club is exclusive to Jordan Owners only. You receive a 20oz Mug and will receive mug club specials throughout the winter including a free appetizer of your choice at the time of purchase. The cost of the mug club is $40.00 for the year January 1 to December 31. Stop by the bar at Sliders to sign up! Please contact Owner Services with any questions.

Need Something Fixed?
For non-emergency maintenance requests please complete the Owner Maintenance Request Form and the Owner Services team will initiate your request. For emergency maintenance requests during your stay, please contact the Front Desk by dialing ‘0’ or 207.824.3500.
Direct Deposit
We are now offering direct deposit of your rental checks.
To sign up please fill out and return the direct deposit paper work including a voided check to Owner Services. Direct deposit paperwork can also be found on the HOA Documents page.
Owner Amenity Keys
We are excited to announce the Owner Key program. Owner Keys will give you access to the owner locker room, crown club, and the health club without having to stop by the front desk each time. Owner keys will deactivate at the end of every month and to reactivate your key for the nest month all you need to do is stop by the front desk. Stop by the front desk to get your RFID Owner Key today!

What’s New At the Jordan
We’ve been busy at the Jordan working on some exciting updates at the hotel! All of the guest hallways and lobbies will have new carpet, the Health Club has two new pieces of fitness equipment including a treadmill, the first floor will feature a new retail shop, the Jordan Gift Shop, and Ski Check has a new, expanded operation near Sliders. We can’t wait for you to join us this winter!
