Updated Rental Management Agreement

Dear Valued Owner,

We are pleased to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for your continued trust and relationship with Sunday River. As we strive for excellence in rental management services, sometimes we need to revise and update our rental management agreements.

At Sunday River, we understand the importance of transparent rental management. The new Rental Management Agreement has been crafted with careful consideration of industry best practices, legal requirements, and, most importantly, your expectations as a property owner.

While we urge you to review this new agreement in its entirety, here are some of the highlights –

1)        The economics of this agreement remain unchanged. The rental split remains 45/55 of the rental income. What has changed is supplemental language providing additional clarification and detail around certain fees and expenses associated with the collection of said rental income.

2)        There is additional clarification around expectations of revenue as it relates to owner usage as well as rate fluctuations based on revenue management practices.

3)        A dispute resolution provision has been added, containing an arbitration provision, class action waiver, and jury trial waiver.

4)        The formatting of the agreement has been updated to make the agreement clearer and more streamlined.

In your inbox, as well as in the HOA Documents section of the webpage, you will find the revised Rental Management Agreement document. We kindly request that you review it at your earliest convenience. Should you have any questions or require clarification on any aspect, our team is readily available to assist.

We are confident that these changes will contribute to a more seamless and fruitful collaboration. We look forward to your continued relationship and are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
