As work on the future of the Jordan continues including planning for the Model Room and full room renovations, we wanted to encourage you to complete the Owner Renovation Survey again. Your input is essential as we shape the next phase of updates to the residential units, hallways, Crown Club, and entry vestibules.
During the recent Annual Owner Budget Meeting, many of you asked for more clarity on what types of renovations might be possible at different budget levels. In response, we’ve included an attachment outlining estimated scopes of work based on various investment tiers.
Please note: These scopes represent preliminary planning guidelines only. Actual renovation capabilities may vary based on contractor pricing, site conditions, material selections, and broader market conditions. Final scope decisions will require validation by qualified contractors.
