Sunday River Owner Services Happy Spring from Sunday River!
The 2020/2021 ski season has come to a close. After 150 days of skiing and a winter that was like no other, we are looking forward to the warmer months ahead.
The fun doesn’t stop as the snow melts, Sunday River and the Bethel area offer year-round enjoyment for visitors. Whether it’s golfing at the scenic Sunday River Golf Club, a hike in Grafton Notch, tubing down the Androscoggin River, or taking a scenic gondola ride there are many outdoor activities that make the Western mountains of Maine the perfect place for a summer getaway.
We are excited to bring you the 2021 Spring Owners Newsletter with updates about the hotels and resort activities, spotlights on our hotel team members, and ideas for exploring your winter happy place in the summer.

With the 20/21 ski season in the rear view mirror we want your feedback! What can we do better, what would enhance your experience as an owner and your ideas for the future. The 2021 Owner Survey is now available online. Thank you in advance for your participation, your feedback helps us improve our services and communication with owners.
Prize Alert! Owners who complete the survey will be entered to win a Sunday River Prize pack. One winner will be selected from each hotel.
Update Your Owner Calendar Now
Owner Calendars through 2024 are now available online. New this year, the calendars can be submitted online! Please select your owned quarter and complete one fillable calendar per year. If you would like us to email or mail you a version of the calendar please contact us. Please submit your calendars by July 1, 2021.
Spring Cleaning
Spring has sprung and that means the hotel rooms are getting spring cleaned and maintenance repairs. We already have a long spring project list started and our maintenance and housekeeping teams will be doing a thorough, top to bottom, inspection of each room. However, if you have any specific items you would like addressed please complete our Maintenance Request Form or email Owner Services.
Selling Your Unit?
If you are selling you unit please let the Owner Services Team know. This will help us make sure the new owners have a warm welcome into hotel ownership.

Alex Noel – Front Desk Lead Agent
Where can you be found in the hotel? Usually smiling and welcoming people behind the front desk!
How long have you worked at Sunday River? I joined the team back in October, 2019.
What is your favorite thing about working at Sunday River? My co-workers are by far the best part of my job. I have been lucky enough to find a family in the incredible humans that I get to work with.
Where is your favorite place to eat in Bethel? I’m a sucker for the Good Food Store veggie wrap. That, or a Hawt Dawg pizza from the Barking Dog Market if I’m feeling spicy.
What is your favorite summer activity? The coast is my favorite place to be, but up here in Western Maine I love playing in my garden during the summer. I also love exploring the Rangeley area with my dog, Zulu.
What is your favorite part of the hotel? The wood burning fireplace is the best part of the hotel. It reminds me of the house I grew up in, you don’t see them very often anymore.
