Mountain Golf At Its Finest
Take in the views at one of the most spectacular and scenic courses in New England! The Sunday River Golf Club is a Robert Trent Jones, Jr. design featuring an 18-hole champion course that winds through the Maine woods and overdramatic elevation changes in a stunning mountainside setting.
Overlooking the Sunday River Valley with the Mahoosuc range towering above, the course follows the natural topography of the landscape while striking the perfect balance between challenge and playability.
Book a tee time now, or stop by for a bite to eat before we close down for the season! Last day to play is Monday, October 14th.
Celebrate Fall in the Mountains
With classic and quirky events like the North American Wife Carrying Championship, our annual Sunday River Sports Sale, scenic chairlift rides, and more, you won’t want to miss this event during peak foliage season.
Rain or shine, our events are happening, and we’re still celebrating Fall Fest Weekend! Join us in the lodge or under our large slopeside tent. We’ve got you covered!

Winter Reservations
Have you submitted your Owner Calendar for the upcoming season and beyond? Many of our winter 24-25 weeks are filling up! If you have not yet sent over your date requests – please do so ASAP!
Please also consider booking your winter 25-26 and 26-27 dates now! We can always cancel reservations as dates get closer if your plans change!
Season Pass Savings

Assignment of Rental Income
Our Rental Income Assignment Program is designed to assist owners who wish to apply their rental income directly to the Association Maintenance Fees and Property Taxes.

Pool Closure
The Jordan pool will be closed October 21-October 25 for maintenance. Owners will be able to use the facilities at the Grand Summit during this time. Please see the Front Desk for more information.
Monkey Brook Road
Construction equipment will start arriving Friday, October 11, and crews will begin work around 8AM on Monday, October 14. We expect the project to be completed by Wednesday, October 23.
